• You can rest assured that all your orders & details are 100% confidential & will not be passed on to any third party.
• All card transactions are submitted to HSBC Bank Plc. We do not have access to any data, once you exit our site and enter the secure servers for card processing. Nothing safer currently exists on the market.

Complaints

• If you are genuinely unhappy about anything just call us. We are still a small company and have real human beings who appreciate you patronage and are ready to serve you.

Exchanges & Refunds

• 100% refund or exchange within 30 days from date of dispatch, as long as the product has not been, used, worn, washed or damaged & is suitable for re-sale. Proof of purchase will be required. Normal delivery charges apply for exchanges. This does not apply to custom print orders on any products. We do not refund or exchange CDs outside the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

I am fully aware of which individuals and or companies I have "inspired" and which individuals and or companies are regularly copying & stealing our intellectual property for their own commercial gain. Please rest assured that my new legal team wants to impress me and are very hungry. Savage London is not a design reference library. So be prepared for proper high court litigation.
